About Us

Primal Soups have been a part of the Calgary community for over thirty years, first opening in the Southwest in Killarney. After that, Primal Soups became a beloved fixture of the Kingsland Farmers’ Market before opening Primal Grounds Café in Glamorgan. Through that whole time, Margaret and her team have provided the community with comfort in a bowl through their gluten free soups, made with fresh local ingredients.
