Nimbus HR Solutions was founded by Carrie Thomas in October 2015. After a 20-year career of senior-level global experience providing HR and Human Capital solutions to businesses ranging from start-ups to large corporations, Carrie started to reconsider traditional Human Resources. She has been f able to facilitate positive momentum and growth for several businesses through her experience in creating programs for large financial institutions, supporting tech companies during periods of rapid change, and developing implemented solutions for small to mid-sized businesses spanning several market segments. 

In October 2015, Carrie created Nimbus HR Solutions Group. Nimbus HR Solutions Group offers a high-quality alternative to in-house Human Resources for compliance, infrastructure, operations, and strategy. Nimbus provides HR expertise to a wide range of businesses, organizations in flux, and those without an HR leader. In addition to on-demand support, we are able to jump in, assess an organization’s needs, and meet those needs. We aim to introduce best practice design and delivery of Human Capital services and solutions globally.
