We constantly work to improve the skills of our staff through regular in-services and education in the ever changing and challenging fields of nursing and medicine. Our health care programs are designed to meet or exceed all current accreditation standards. The quality assurance is continuous and meets the high standards and objectives set by the ANA, and the joint commission regulations.

We have adequate insurance liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance employing enough qualified nurses to ensure the smooth operation of all contracted facilities.

We also keep up with our periodic screening of all our sub-contractors’ drug and alcohol use and abuse to ensure a drug free working environment and patients’ safety.
