About Us

IG VITAL HEALTH specializes in high-quality clinical psychotherapy for traumatized and distressed individuals, including refugees, newcomers, Indigenous and First Nations peoples, members of marginalized communities, among others. We offer efficient, effective, culturally competent therapeutic assistance to Adults, Seniors, Families, Youth and Children 7 days a week, 9 AM to 9 PM, by appointment with no waitlist.

We offer FREE services to eligible individuals and families under the existing programs. Those interested can contact the clinic for information and eligibility criteria.
