Nicole Drake Wright started professionally granting wishes in 2017. After working in the corporate world for a number of years, feeling time-starved and constantly on-call, Nicole was ready for change. With a young family, and long hours, it seemed impossible to balance everything and focus on the areas in life that bring joy & true fulfillment. In speaking with others, it seemed that there many that felt the exact same way. From there, this business was born with the goal to deliver your time back. Our time is your freedom. 

Nicole is an experienced, dynamic & supportive professional with over 20 years experience in hospitality, event planning & senior management.  Customer service is paramount in our business. Nicole succeeded in leading a national retailer to achieve recognition as the #1 Brand for Customer Experience in Canada in back to back years (2015 & 2016), in the Forrester Research Canadian Customer Experience Index.
