Founded in 1987, Facility Plus is a family owned and operated business that was started by owner and president, David Levy. Throughout the 36 years of operation, Facility Plus has delivered the highest quality of facility services across North America, providing our clients with a one-stop shop service offering – from floor to ceiling and everything in between. Open 24/7 – 365, Facility Plus services clients in many different verticals, including retail, manufacturing, financial, medical, pharma, government, transportation and the industrial/commercial sectors, throughout Canada and the USA. Of the many services Facility Plus provides, some of the most recognized areas include: painting and handyman services, commercial moving, licensed plumbing and electrician services, locksmith services, flooring repair and installation, glass replacement and board up services, janitorial and specialty cleaning and complete retail maintenance, as well as 24-hour emergency services. Over the years, we have acquired several Health and Safety Certifications, such as GBAC Star Facility Accreditation, IICRC, ACHP, CFCRA, working-at-heights and lift certifications, and have also become members and sponsors for several industry associations, including IFMA, TLOMA, BOMA, Connex, and CoreNet.
