Lottery tickets shall not be sold to any persons under the age of 18 years. We understand that we cannot enforce individuals not to place the name of a minor on a Dream Home Ticket. Ticket sellers will advise individuals that they should not place the name of a minor on a ticket due to legal implications that may/ will arise if the minor(s) name is drawn. Tickets will be sold and advertised within the Province of Alberta. This does not exclude people coming into the province to purchase tickets.
